Help! No idea what to do

I'm at my end and I don't know what else I can do. Our son is almost 11 months old and have been on a good routine for the most part for months. Tonight tried to put him to bed about 7pm like always and he has not stopped screaming since and its 9:30pm now. We have tried leaving him in the crib, rocking, bouncing, snuggling. He screams through it all. He does get gas and reflux so gave him some gripe. He is also working on his first tooth still so numbed his gums. With teeth and sensitive belly eventually gave him Tylenol an hour ago. repeated walking, bouncing, rocking, snuggling. now he's back in his crib still screaming. Nothing is working and I have nothing left that I can think of.
