Best nipple cream?

I used the lanolin from lansinoh with my first. Is there anything better or more soothing that any of you prefer?

Coconut oil. My baby didn't like the taste of lanolin so I just had to lube up with coconut oil a lot.

I used Medela for about a week. What I found out though was that my nipples didn't toughen up until I stopped using creams and started rubbing breast milk on my nipples after each feeding.

I was actually allergic to Lanolin. My lactation specialist told me to use coconut oil instead, and it was so amazing I actually have recommended to friends.
