i’m not sure if i’m pregnant

i had sex and he came on the outside but it was still touching my vulva & i quickly wiped it away but i’m scared some may have gotten inside of me. my period is 8 days late & i’ve been experiencing cramps with no blood or even spotting. i haven’t been experiencing any other symptoms but i’m still scared
