7 weeks post partum workout pain

Last week I had a checkup with a physioterapist at 6 weeks. I had a 2cm (1in) separation between the abdominal muscles. During pregnancy a nurse told me I also had a potential hernia, but the physioterapist didn't locate it.

I received a workout program focusing on abdominal side muscles and back muscles: side planks, hip bridges, tummy flex.

Since I started the program my abdomen has been hurting, especially in the location where I believe the potential hernia was located.

I've been doing daily 1h-2h walks since week 3 post partum, but now my abdomen hurts sometimes just from walking.

Is this just muscle aches from working out, or is this my body telling me I started too soon and need more time to heal? I'm 7 weeks post partum.
