I live in MI and our stay at home order is being extended, which is fine. I called my OBGYN today to see if my ultrasound was still on for the 21st and they said no, it has to be cancelled because it is “non-essential”. But they still want me to come in on the 28th so they can get my blood pressure and weight. 🙄 I asked if we could just do the ultrasound then and they told me no. I haven’t been seen since I was eight weeks and I’m almost fifteen weeks now. I was supposed to be seen a month ago to see about genetic testing and I haven’t been given that opportunity either. I’m so upset. I feel like I’m paying for services I’m not getting. I just want to make sure my baby is okay and all is well and I can’t. I understand that given the current circumstances things are difficult. I’m upset. Sorry for the rant. I just want to know my baby is okay. 😭
