My 3 brothers are living with us temporarily until the city shutdowns are lifted. They've been here about 3 weeks. My husband and I have a 3 bedroom house and an 11 month old son.

I work full time from home and my husband is teaching from home, which requires about 1 hour/day of work. The first week I was home full time my husband got very overwhelmed by being our full time childcare, so I shifted my hours to work 430am-1230pm 4 days per week, and flexed the rest of my 40 hours to nights after the baby goes to bed and during nap times. This was my husband is only solo with the baby from 7am-1230pm, with an hour break from 930-1030 while he works and I take our son.

My husband and I share the house chores, with the idea being we are both working and both contribute to any messes, so we both clean up. I also dont do adult TV when the baby is awake and we were not having foul language around the baby at all. My brothers flew here on my husband's invite because he was 'bored'.

Ever since my brothers showed up (all bachelors), my husband has joined them in drinking all night until 3 or 4am most nights, not cleaning up, hasn't been watching his language at all, and watching gaming tutorials on tv all day. The gaming tutorials dont have much if any bad language or gore scenes so I have chosen not to ask them to turn them off, but we dont usually park the baby in front of the tv so this much vegging is a lot.

This morning I woke up with the baby at 7 (I took thursdays off to let my husband sleep in one weekday) and the house is TRASHED. GARBAGE on the floors upstairs, clothing all over the stairs, dirty laundry all over the living room, beer cans and dirty dishes all over the kitchen, computers and plugs on every counter, and groceries that were supposed to get put away yesterday still on the living room floor. (They went grocery shopping at 5pm, so I was feeding the baby dinner, giving him a bath, and putting him to bed when they got home).

I'm upset because it is so disrespectful to leave everything such a mess. So now I'm spending the morning cleaning everything up and I know it's just going to get trashed again today. My fuse is starting to run short.
