UK rude hospital staff
Hello
I was refers to Westminster&Chelsea hospital in London.Knowen as one of the best hospital in our area.
And I was told that I'll be contacted with in 5 days. No one call email post anything I waited 14 days and finally I call the hospital.
The lady on the phone was so rude I asked why no one contacted me on first place this was what I got" We just don't just contact you when ever you feel like it, this is a hospital not a kinda garden" my next question was " why do I got called only for 10 weeks?I had fiend who was in for her 8,10,14 weeks"
The respond was killing "as I said thi is a hospital so you come only when your called in to come unless you had a MC, if you don't take the date you have to wait until mid of February for ur check up" for the record mid February I'll be 6months pregnant!
My fiancé and I are waiting for the firts check up and we are going to wan the hospital that next time when we call for information we will rwcod the call and if they are rude again my fiancé will take them to cort!
Any one had similar experience.
I feel so down and I so wanted at least to be in for my 8 weeks you know, firts ultrasound pic....
