When do the wake up?

What times nap time?

How long is nap time and how do you wake them? Lol

How is it putting them to bed?

My Mom Friend told me to let my 19 Month Old only nap for 30min during the day.

I feel so bad waking him lol

But when I let him nap for 2hrs or more he’ll be up till midnight lol

I’ve been waking him up at 8am.
