Looks like an umbilical hernia they’re common I think & *usually* resolve on their own but you need to check w/ the dr to be safe

Hernia. My son has one and as long as you can still push it in and feel that over time the ring of muscle is getting smaller, it’s fine and will usually resolve on it’s own. The only reasons they will do surgery is if they still have it by age 3-4 or if it becomes incarcerated (muscle starts closing around the hernia.) still something to bring up with your pediatrician so they can monitor it.

My baby had that. He actually still has a small one. The pediatrician said as long as it’s soft, it’s fine. He said they don’t do anything unless they haven’t resolved after a couple of years. (But still check with your baby’s pediatrician!)
