Might have orgasmed

Okay so I just had my bathroom renovated and I got a detachable shower head. After hearing so many people on here enjoy it I decided to try it. It was nice. I used the lighter jet setting and sprayed it at my clit. It felt good. After a couple minutes I started to feel more sensitive and eventually I was so sensitive I couldn’t even touch my clit because of how sensitive I was, but I felt relieved. I think I orgasmed. But now my belly really hurts. Almost like cramps. I got out of the shower and laid down on my bed wrapped in a towel and the pain got worse and I felt super nauseous and like I was gonna throw up. I’ve been laying down for about 15 minutes now and the pain is going down, but I don’t know why. Does anybody know why this happened? Did I have an orgasm? I’ve never had one before.
