The Doppler or me? 😂

Hey girls...14 weeks today and just got my new sonoline b Doppler.  I just had an appointment Tuesday so I know baby is doing well ❤️ but I can’t find the heartbeat for the life of me.  He doctor found it but couldn’t get it to measure so I had a scan.  Anyone have any tips?  I had no problems with my first pregnancy :) but I am 40 pounds heavier. I’m sure I’m just doing something wrong!  😂😂 Thanks ladies!  Happy pregnancies!

Hi there! I’m 14+4 and I’ve always found baby in my pelvic area. Kind of in the lower middle. And as someone said previously, you kind of have to press down a little hard and tilt the wand.  🙂

Make sure your bladder is 100% empty!!! And use a lot of lotion or oil, elevate your hips slightly and start right at the pubic bone

Baby might be lower. He/she has ALOT of room to move around. I would start slow and low at the panty line. It took me a while the first time..since my son likes to hide from the Doppler I catch him in the morning when my bladder is full since it pushes your uterus up more.

First time I did mine at home it took an hour to find the heartbeat. Slow motions and tilt the wand too! Start near your panty line, baby might be lower than you think!

It takes a lot of patience and really slow movements to find it. (Not trying to be offensive, since I’m right there with ya) but you may need to push down a little harder now if you’ve got a mom pouch like I do. 🙈 ive noticed this second time around that baby is higher up than I think since my womb is moving earlier.
