How do you clean your butt when you shower ?

Weird question but do you just soap up quick around there and rinse .

Or close to the anus and rinse .

I've heard of people that soap up right on the anus and even open up their butt cheeks so water can straight hit the anus and the craziest I've heard is some people actually stick their fingers up their butt to get it 100% clean
