Increasing milk supply?

Do you ladies have any methods how to increase milk supply? Anything you’ve tried that has worked. I’ve been trying to start pumping about twice a day in between feeds. I barely get 2 oz from both breasts when I used to pump 8 oz like 2 months ago. He’s also feeding a lot more almost every hour, seems like he’s hungry. 
Currently been trying to eat more oatmeal, drink more water, drink Mother’s milk tea here and there, and occasionally lactation cookies.

I started pumping twice a day at the exact same time every day (10am and 8pm). It took about a week but now I feel my milk come in at those exact times and can pump about 8-10oz. Your body will teach itself!

When I’m trying to build a freezer stash, I pump first thing in the morning. Usually I’ll pump on one side while she nurses on the other, and then pump the other side once she’s done eating. I usually get anywhere from 4-7oz when I do that. 
Other than that, try pumping after every feeding. You could also try eating oatmeal, drinking more water, or trying a lactation supplement. I had great results with mommy knows best goats rue. It’s about $20 for a month supply and I had to stop taking it because I was getting so engorged that I had to pump after every feeding. I’m out of room in my freezer for more milk so i just stopped taking them.

Sounds like you are doing some of my favorites: steel cut oats (instant oatmeal did nada for me) and mother’s milk tea. Also recently tried coconut water and it seemed to help too. I aim for two of those a day and as much water as I can think to drink. For steel cut oats I cook four servings at a time and put the rest in fridge so I can quick microwave later.

Pump on a schedule and stick to it. Drinks lots of water. Try fenugreek and prenatals.
