What is the average amount to pump?
I have an oversupply and have always pumped 5+ ounces on each side. My baby is almost 6 months and I think my milk is finally starting to regulate. I am pumping around 3-4 ounces on each side now.... but idk what the average normal amount is? It makes me nervous that my supply is dropping.
My baby had also started to eat less frequently which I’m sure plays a roll
