Do I text him again??? Help!

I’ve been talking to this guy for a few months now. We’ve been texting every single day since. For the past 3 weeks I was going over to his house 1-2 times a week. Because of the corona virus, I haven’t gone in a few weeks. Only a few days ago we were texting and flirting, sending pics to each other. Yesterday and today he’s been sort of mia. It’s been weird. I know he has other obligations, but idk. I texted him four hours ago and he never texted me back but looked at stories I posted. Usually that doesn’t happen. Idk if I should wait until he texts me back or text him again? I just really don’t know what to do and I’m completely overthinking it all.
