Just found out I’m pregnant!! 🎉🎉 
It’s my first and I don’t have any friends who have gone through this before so I would love any tips and tricks!!
Any items I should get to ease any pregnancy symptoms and prepare for delivery?

1. Pink stork was wonderful for me for the early stages of pregnancy when you’re feeling bloated or really can’t go #2. Hopefully you don’t go through that though! 
2- gummy prenatales were lifesavers for me, since I have an intense gag reflex and couldn’t manage to swallow regular prenatal pills 💊. 
3- Get a cute easy access water bottle. Staying hydrated sounds obvious but it’s so easy to forget. Remember your body is going through a lot of changes! 
4. Depending if you decide to breastfeed or not buy maternity shirts that are also nursing shirts. That way you don’t have to buy stuff again. Also, goes for bras. You’ll probably go up a few bra sizes soon, so when you size up buy a few nursing bras! 
5- MORNING sickness is all day everyday not just mornings! If it’s real bad though, talk to your Dr. They can prescribe you something. You don’t have to struggle through it. I wish someone would have told me this sooner lol 
6- Stretch marks are unfortunately based on genetics. So don’t stress over this! Getting nice belly creams or oils doesn’t hurt though, moisturizing a growing belly is good! 
7- invest in comfy shoes! They will be needed during and after baby lol 
8- don’t compare your belly to other bellies! Our bodies are all different so don’t worry if yours is bigger or smaller. Just enjoy the belly! 
9- Your going to be pregnant all summer so some good pregnancy spanx will come in handy from thighs chafing!

I found these were pretty good for me. I get car sick so had them anyway but they worked pretty well for my morning sickness. I still felt nauseous but I could definitely tell the difference when I forgot to wear them.
My sister used them too and also had a pack of ginger biscuits by the bed ready for as soon as she woke up..

So my tip is if you have morning sickness to have a small basket by your bedside filled with saltine crackers and other little light snack so you can snack on them at night before bed, and right when you wake up. Your stomach won’t have anything in it and with the acid I felt like if I don’t eat before I got out of bed that I would be more sick.
