Words....?

Question

How many words does your baby say? I mean with intention?
My lo hardly says anything. Clapping is there but only sometimes. Never hi or bye. Won't wave or say hi, bye or mama. Sometimes dada but that's it. Is this normal at this age?

Lots of words really and she understand them all
She says, dada, mama, nana, papa, help, hi, stop, hit, and nap... that’s all I can think of right now. She even says, “hi dada”. I taught her to ask for help when she needs something because she was regularly throwing horrible tantrums. She learned to ask for help pretty quickly. 
She learned to hit from her older brother, so I say, “no hit” a lot and she has started saying “hit” lately. 
I always tell her when it’s time for her nap and now when I ask if she’s ready for a nap, she will repeat “nap”.

My daughters 1 yr bday is today. She says mama, dada, da-dee(she switches back and forth with how she says it lol), tank ooo(thank you), kitty, doggie, baba, hi, yea, and she shakes her head back and forth saying uh uh for no lol, and she claps while saying yaaayyyyy. These are the only consistant ones.
If you say can I have a kiss she will lean in a kiss you and make the kissy noise and everything she eats she goes mmmm while chewing like it's the tastiest thing ever lol 
She has been walking for over a month and now she's freaking climbing up onto the couch and loveseat on her own. I have to put stuff in front of the furniture to stop her cause she will climb up in seconds and then try to climb the cube organizers beside the furniture. 
She sleeps all night in her own bed.
I seriously couldnt ask for a better baby. I think its because she has 4 older siblings who all play with her and then her daddy and I too.

My daughter doesn’t different things on a daily basis. She always says mama, vava, baba, yaya and sometimes dada. But some days she’s less talkative. She can’t say any words properly except mama.

Omg soooo normal they all develop soo differently, your baby is probably focused on something else like walking etc.. I out 3-4 words but they are babble ish they are with intent but not great pronunciation haha dog id dooo, mama, dadda, nana all easy babble ones and he says mooo when you point at a cow haha xx
