Pitted acne scars

I had really bad cystic acne for years. I was on accutane for about 5 months and I haven’t had a cystic pimple since. But now I am left with pitted acne scars 😭😭. I am thinking about getting the co2 resurfacing laser treatment. I am wondering if anyone has done this, and if they were happy with results?? I looked up before and after pictures online and the results were not really drastic. But it was only after one session, so that is probably why. I would need about 3-4 sessions and they are about 900 each. I don’t know anyone who has ever gotten it before and I don’t want to spend that much if it won’t be too much of a difference
