Anterior Placenta, anyone??

Question

Just found out today at 11w6d that I have an anterior placenta. It's not supposed to be problematic, but I guess you might not be able to feel baby move as soon :( Anyone else have it?

Just had my appointment today 12 weeks 4 days & I got the same news. Kinda a bummer though but looking forward to feeling our munchkin kick!! Best of luck!!

I had it with my first. It was a little later when I felt the baby move but only by a few weeks. It really wasn't a big deal. You'll feel the baby and it will be amazing!

I had one with my last pregnancy. I did feel kicks sometimes, but not nearly as much as I was expecting. I honestly felt the baby's hiccups more than his kicks. I'm hoping I get to feel a bit more this time around!

My friend had one when she was pregnant.  She didn't have any problems but she didn't feel her baby move as much as other women do.

My sister in law has one and she had a hard time feeling movement up until about 25 weeks and now she can just fine.  I was told at my last u/s that it looked like I was going to have one too but doc found heartbeat on the doppler very easy today AND I have already started feeling flutters.

Both times with my girls. No problem but yes I didn't feel baby till close to 20 weeks

I had it with my son. Felt a flutter at 15 weeks and absolutely nothing until the day we found out it was a boy at 20 weeks and he kicked that night. I became connected once I felt him moving. I was worried it was never gonna happen!
