Birth story:

Was supposed to go in on Thursday 4/9 at 8pm to be induced but on the way there got a call saying they had no beds that they would call when I was able to come in. Went home and slept till I got a call at 3am saying to come in at 4am. Got to the hospital at 4am did all the paperwork and answered all the questions got my blood drawn and my Iv with fluids started. Got checked I was a loose 3 by time they started pitocin it was around 6 my doctor came in around 7 and broke my water I was at 4, I got my epidural around 8ish . Used the peanut ball for a bit then felt a lot of pressure got checked again I was almost complete had a bit of my cervix lip still there. They had my sit up in the bed with my legs in butterfly position till I felt more pressure, not long after i felt a ton of pressure nurse had my do a practice push and immediately told me to stop, she ran down the hall to the doctor he got suited up and 2 pushes later she was out. Total time in labor 4 hours pushed for about 5 minutes. She can down so fast her poor head is bruised.
