My son is 8 weeks old and ever since we got home from the hospital I’ve kept a notebook of how often and how he feeds and when he has wet/dirty diapers. I’ve become obsessed with staring at the clock and making sure I keep down-to-the-minute accurate track of times and duration of feedings. I think it’s making me despise breastfeeding. Does anyone else keep obsessive notes or have advice on how to relax? I guess it’s not the end of the world if I can’t recount exactly how many minutes my LO nursed on each side in 24 hours.
