Okay ladies... does the seat cover to the car need to be removed before I install? 🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️

We use something similar to this. It allows for the latch system to be used correctly and it’s thin.

Random link. Yes for sure has to be removed. Also, the base seems weird. Half of it isn’t on the seat? Or probably not actually installed yet...

Had to add a link. Per car seat manufacturers guidelines, there should not be anything between the car seat and the vehicle seat so yes you do need to remove the cover

There is a lot of wrong going on here. 1. Nothing aftermarket can be used w the car seat. Therefor, if the manufacturer doesn’t give the okay, then it cannot be used. 2. The car seat cannot be overhanging the seat by 20% or more. You may need to do a baseless install. 3. The car seat cannot be touching the back of the seat in front of it.
