Anyone else’s husband have congenital absence of the vas deferens?

Answer

Yes - he tested positive for cystic fibrosis (carrier, not symptomatic). 
He had a surgical sperm retrieval (not knowing if we would find anything), and we were successful :) we now have our little embryos on ice waiting for co-19 to be over.
