I’m so insecure about myself down there...

It’s dark and kind of dry and I’m only 18, yea I get wet but what I mean it’s not soft, or at least somewhat

How can I moisturize down there? I get a lot of Razon bumps...

also I don’t like the outside color, not the inside but like where you grow hair.. and my thighs connecting to it... it’s dark how can I get rid of the dark spot ?
