1 year old rash or yeast infection. Google anatomy picture included

The circled parts on this picture is where my daughter is really really really red. I noticed it last night and it’s the next day, mid afternoon and it’s still there. I’ve put desitin, natural coconut & beeswax diaper cream, and letting her run around with no diaper and nothings helped. Kinda scared to bring her to the doctor as we are in quarantine. Could it be a yeast infection?
