Not sure what’s the problem

So my boyfriend and I live together, we’ve been dating for a little over 2 years now. We work together at the same place for 2 years now. We’ve kind of had ups and downs but we usually get over our problems quickly. But we hardly ever have sex. It’s like once maybe every 2-3 months. And when we do have sex it maybe lasts for a few minutes because he gets tired easily. 😒 but I’m always trying to drop hints that I’m in the mood or want sexy time and he either doesn’t get it or just plays video games or just doesn’t want to? I’m not really sure. But we’ve been in quarantine for about 2 weeks now because of corona virus and I figured we would’ve done it by now but nothing! I’m also more of the submissive type and I think he is too so that’s what makes it weird I guess. But with my ex we would have sex A LOT, but my ex was definitely not the submissive type. I just really don’t know if the problem is because me and my current boyfriend are both submissive types or if he’s not into sex or if he doesn’t want to with me. 😩 He talks about wanting to marry me and I do see myself with him in the future but I miss having sex and I feel that it’s way too awkward to talk about this with him. I feel like there’s something missing between us. Sometimes it just feels like more of a chore than love. 😔 I don’t have any friends to talk to so I’m venting here, any thoughts or recommendations would be great!
