Phlegm?! 😖

Question

Anyone else super phlegmy since becoming pregnant? Don't know if it's my allergies or a low immune system, but I am SO TIRED of my chest being so congested!! Plus, every time I cough it up, vomiting usually ensues. 😖😖😖

Sleeping with a humidifier on my night stand has helped a bit. I went from swollen glands & sore throat, lots of drainage, then was totally drying up at night. It doesn't help that the fall weather and having to turn on the heater has made our cabin really dry.  The humidifier has helped. Still wake with phlegm, but not as bad.

Yes I've had so much phlegm every day since the beginning :( most of the time that's the reason my stomach is upset
