grandparents and chocolate 🙄

anyone else’s parents obsessed with offering their 8/9 month old grandchildren chocolate and other sweets?? with it being easter, one set of grandparents and one set of great grandparents have left chocolate eggs on the doorstep for my wee boy! (don’t get me wrong, i’m grateful for the thought, and me and my other half will enjoy them! 😋😆)

has anyone given their babies anything like that?

i haven’t. i figured he’s got his whole life to eat badly, why give him a taste of that so soon?! 😅 whilst he’s willing, i want the “mmm i love vegetables!” phase to last! haha 😆
