Amazon registry issues?

I noticed a few days ago, I think Monday or Tuesday, that 4 times were bought off my Amazon baby registry from the same person. They all said they’d deliver Friday. I got one of the items on Wednesday. Then when I checked my registry on Friday, the other 3 items showed they weren’t purchased anymore. It went from 1- items purchased to 8 items purchased. They didn’t show up in the “Thank you & returns” tab anymore like they were before. When I checked on Wednesday and Thursday they still showed purchased, but then not Friday. The items do not show out of stock either.

Has anyone experienced this issue? My friend asked if I got the items, and I told her this situation and we’re both just confused. Don’t know what happened.
