TMI Blood in 3 week old baby’s poop

My daughter has had tummy issues from day 1 and her dr is aware of that. She has open blister rashes in her little booty. She’s only 3 weeks old and after pooping multiple times the time she was awake, I saw this in it. Is this worth taking a trip to the ER? It’s the weekend and obviously drs aren’t really keen on doing in person appointments right now because of covid. I’m just looking for advice here. No bashing please. I don’t have anyone else around to ask.
