Cramps before period happens in a few days?

Do any of you girls out there experience cramps a few days before getting ur period? And if so how bad is the cramp pain?

Yes, it’s normal as your vag is contracting getting ready for menstruation. Pain is different everyday but bearable.

I cramp 10 days before my period. They’re horrific. I also have PCOS. Premenstrual cramps are totally normal, tho :)

I always cramp before . I started Thursday and my AF is due today or tomorrow. They’re mild still annoying though

I'm 4 days before my period...I'm cramping now..I'm wondering if its implantation cramps or is it really leading up to a period.. obviously I've been testing and I'm still getting a bfn..so I guess only time will tell

I used to cramp for three days before. But only one cramp per day lol it was weird.

Normally I cramp a little randomly throughout my cycle and then on my old birth control is cramp for like 1 or 2 days before my period started. This time on my new pill I cramped for about 4 or 5 days before I started my period. They ranged from not too bad to having to actually stop and double over from the pain, but that level of pain is normal and to be expected for my periods.
