Can some one please tell me if this is my period. This is the only blood I got. It has stopped now. I’m a week late... is this my period about to start?

You posted this yesterday and twice today. There’s no need to keep posting the same thing multiple times. You’ll just have to wait it out and see if your period shows. There’s nothing else anyone can say that will be the deciding factor of whether it’s your period starting or not. 
The more you stress over it the longer it can delay your period.
