Toilet issues, please help (Extra tmi)

So currently 35 weeks pregnant here and I don't go out of the house unless I'm going to work or getting groceries. So I need to know if I should be seen or not. I came home this morning from work and I went to the bathroom cause I reaaaallly needed to poop

Went to the bathroom and sat there for a little bit, scrolled on my phone. I got up to wipe because I can no longer bend any parts of my body very well and I looked down and I saw BLOOD

You would've thought someone had started their period, all of the water was red

I was freaking out a little I was like "oh shit I'm gonna have to go to the ER"

But I was also like "well I did poop too so maybe that's from that" and I wiped both areas to check to see where all that blood had come from before having a meltdown

It was indeed from my butt and I was very shocked at how much I ended up having to wipe off my behind for tissue to come clean

Now I'm used to having spots here and there if it's a really big and hard poop

I was wondering what it could be? I was thinking possibly hemorrhoids? It didn't really hurt to go poop so I'm weirded out a bit by how much blood was in the toilet. My poop wasnt black either at least it didn't look it so that's a good sign

I really don't wanna have to go in if I don't need to and I guess yeah blood should be a no brainer, but if it's just hemorrhoids then that would explain it right?
