How to transition to own room?

Question

Baby doesn’t nap in the day unless she’s on me/in the pram so we can’t transition via day time naps. 
Also has anyone else not put baby in their own room yet? Feel like I’m behind ☹️ she’s outgrowing her Next2me and keeps coming in bed with me instead.

We had our daughter sleeping in our room in a Pack and Play bassinet until almost three months. Then we moved the Pack and Play into her room and that’s where she slept. Once she started rolling over, we moved her to the crib. 
I would say start with night sleep in her own room/crib. Night sleep is easier to conquer Ive heard than naps. Then you can slowly add in each nap to her room.

We just moved our girl to her room on Thursday night. Prior to that we’d been bed-sharing for about 2 months. We tried once before in January, but it was too soon. Each night has gotten a little better, and last night she slept 9 hours straight, the most ever.

We’re aiming to have her first night in her room be Friday. We’re doing her bedtime routine in her room this week, but still having her sleep in the pack and play in our room. I’m dreading it because her sleep has been horrible this past week.
