One beast is engorged??

Ok so this badnt happened to me yet 
But the boob has been a bit painful and leaking and then quite firm as if its engorged 
Little one is 4 months any advice?
I don't express but when she's feeding on the other one I just squeeze a bit out to relieve it

You can try putting a wet warm cloth on your breast and then hand expressing it to see if you can work some out. You can also lean your breast into a bowl of warm water and express it while doing that. There were a few times my husband actually helped relieve a clogged duct by sucking it out then spitting it out. Might not be ideal, but I never got mastitis and felt like these techniques helped me avoid that.
