Divorce rates are outrageous..  But you will get people on here saying "time doesn't matter"..  Time DOES matter..  Make sure you truly know that person in and out, you've lived with them, you've been through stressful times together..  The longer you make it through these obstacles, the better chance you have at marriage.. Stop rushing life and if you fight and don't get along..  A piece of paper isn't going to fix that

I'd say 3+ years if they're under 30 years old and then 1+ year if they're over 30.

I feel like people over 30 know what they want more.

It makes me cringe when people who are 18 get married after 5 months of dating!
