PREGNANT 3-4 WEEKS WITH A UTI

so I had a really bad peak day with my uti this last Monday . I did go to urgent care, of course the pregnancy test came out positive there as well but I was positive for a uti. Before going to urgent care, I went to planned parenthood and was bleeding LIGHT RED ONLY ONLY when I would pee . I do know that with a uti you can have blood . The blood only came out with the pee never before or after . I didn’t ever just start bleeding on my own , it would just come with the urine. And this only happened like 2 times in under 5 minutes because of course with a uti you need to always pee . Just wanted to see if anyone has experienced the same thing as well and had a healthy pregnancy/ baby (: thank you .
