Bleeding after sex

Hey ladies! I hope you’re all doing okay during this covid-19 craziness.

So I have been seeing this guy for a couple of months now and my family was driving me insane during quarantine so I have been just staying at his house for about two and a half weeks now. We have sex regularly but right after my period ended we had sex and I had spotting after, which I thought was normal considering I had just gotten off my period but now it’s happened a couple of times and I got off my period over a week and a half ago. We had sex today and I just saw some spotting on my panties/pants. What could it be? Im a little concerned
