Hey friends, Please help!

My milk came in 3 days after I gave birth to my son. The very next day my breasts were swollen rock hard and leaked ALL THE TIME. To the point where I pumped 20+ ounces in 2 days and emptied my breasts out in the shower every night in addition to feeding on demand.

After 5 days of that my breasts have completely deflated and now I feel like im not even producing enough to feed on demand. It's been 3 days of this. Should I wait to see if my quantities increase again or should I start feeding from my freezer supply & eating lactation treats?

HELP!
