They look like blood vessels.  Everything just being closer to the surface of the skin.  Lucky so far ;)

They don't looks like stretch marks to me. I can see all the veins in my belly probably just veins and your skin definitely looks different when your skin stretches not sure if it's necessarily stretch marks though.
