IUD-pregnant?

I got the Kyleena IUD 13 months ago. Every month I have my period like usual. I don’t bleed as much but still get super bad cramps. Not the point but wanted to mention. I almost always start my period on the 22/23 of each month but I never did in March so I’m about 3 weeks late. Every other time I’ve been a day or two late-I still have awful cramps. I have had only 2 cramps in the past 3 weeks. I took an early pregnancy test about 5 days ago and it came back negative. This also happened to my friend but now she’s pregnant 😂😂 so is it just my IUD?? Or should I go buy a better test??
