Have any of you invested in a king size mattress lately? I am building a platform frame and have seen some amazing reviews on amazon for king mattresses, but any proof of these reviews or experiences?? Or recommendations for brands?

We are upgrading from a double. I am TOO EXCITED but also have no idea how to purchase a mattress properly. Plz and thank you!
