Did Vitex help? (1st month taking it)

Dr Aviva Romm has a blog, avivaromm.com I think. She got her md/phd from Yale after being a midwife for 30 years. She's an expert herbalist, and writes quite a bit about vitex, including the science behind it. 
I say this because you will get much more reliable info than the opinions of people who used it on here.

That said, I used it. It helped so very much with my pms. Huge, huge improvement. My cycle lengthened by one day, but the way vitex works is making things right, so if things change then it's how they should be. 
We got our bfp the first month we did an actually good job of tracking all the signs. This is either a coincidence or it is because of all of my factors- vitex, cod liver oil, nettle tea. Can't know. One experience isn't science. I do know that vitex is safe for long term, daily use, and can help babies stick as well.

I think it's helping me. I haven't started today which is 26 day cycle. So if I start later I think it's helping lengthen my luteal phase.
