Saw at 7+5 weeks...didn't get to hear it on a doppler until my 14 week check up. My doc wouldn't even try at my 10 week because she said its a little early and sometimes if they can't find it moms freak out thinking the baby passed away :( Luckily at all my ultrasounds they show me the sound waves on the screen so I knew her heart rate before I ever heard it. 169 at 7 weeks, 167 at 12 weeks, 165 at 15 weeks. ​
