I need answers so bad 😢

I haven’t had a period since February, I got off of depo in August of last year. I got my period September-November but missed December and January. Now it’s April and I haven’t had it since February and I’ve taken test and there all negative but I haven’t been feeling the greatest. My husband and I also had sex last night but it hurt with every thrust he made inside of me, it felt like he kept hitting something inside that was just painful. Idk what to think or do
