11 weeks tightness in chest??

Hi! 11 weeks 4 days pregnant with my second. The last few days I notice I’ve been getting short of breath when I go n short walks and going up the stairs or carrying my 13 month old. Last night I was up every 2-3 hours with insomnia (it’s a struggle) and chest feels tight. I took tums today and it’s not really helping. I just feel like something is in my chest or a tightness feeling or pressure. I feel fine otherwise besides some nausea, no fever no chills no cold and no congestion. Just uncomfortable feeling in my chest.

I did have reflux and heartburn second trimester of my first pregnancy. I have a call into the dr just to be sure. Any ideas? I’m guessing reflux?
