How many times a day do you give solids?

I aim for twice a day but i just feel all I do is feed her! 😓

Consistently once a day, but try for twice a day. Some days are harder than others so we just do one meal.

We do 3 meals a day. It just works out that her wake times are during meal times. We are doing BLW so it’s a lot easier to just give her some of whatever we are having and she eats with us.
