What’s worse? TWW or waiting for first OBGYN appt?

I had a miscarriage in February with my first pregnancy. I’m just over 4 weeks now. Got my BFP a couple days ago. I thought the TWW was brutal ... but now my OB doesn’t do the first visit until 8-10 weeks. So i have 4 more weeks to wait this out and know i have a viable IUP. I’m going to go crazy ....

I feel this rn. I wanna announce but we're waiting for the first scan at least. Which won't be for like a month 😫 idk why I was stressing the TWW this is worse

Stressing.    Won’t.      Help. 
On the contrary, it can be quite detrimental (something about your hormones don’t get sorted out properly). 
As hard as it is, you must try to relax. Think positive thoughts. Take deep breaths. Eat well. Rest often.
