seven weeks post partum.....

so my bleeding from birth ended like 2 1/2-3 weeks ago. yesterday , i started my first period after having my twins. i’m using pads right now but i want to know if it would be okay to use tampons??? i HATE pads and today is my

superrrr heavy period day. i hate feeling the blood coming out of me. i feel so gross. i had one tear when i had my twins and my witches are gone and it’s healed....would it be okay to use tampons or should i wait?
