9 months old sleep regression HELP PLEASE
My son won’t sleep at night😔
I’m tired and husband is tired
I think is the 9 months old sleep regression and i dont know what to do
He would go to bed at 10 pm and wake up at 10:30 and wants to play until 2 am
I asked my husband if we can purchase the taking cara babies program but he said its too expensive😣
Then during the day he only sleep while nursing
He is always looking for my boob to self soothe
Any tips to overcome this?
